Electronic Invoicing
Our company has introduced the possibility to receive incoming invoices in electronic form since 1 April 2020. These invoices must be sent to the email address: fakturace@mtmtransport.cz. The invoice must be in PDF format and must include our billing reference, which can be found in the order or will be provided to you by the responsible dispatcher. Attachments (CMR, POD) must be in color PDF format and attached as a separate file for each shipment. They may be included in the same email as the invoice. For any further questions, please contact the dispatcher who handled the transport.
